Terms of the partner programme on https://escard.ru (the "Programme"). The Programme is run by Individual Entrepreneur Vladimir Aleksandrovich Kraev (the "Organiser"); payouts are made in Russian roubles or US dollars depending on the currency of the referred payments. Applying to the Programme means accepting these terms.
1. How it works
- A participant (the "Partner") gets a personal link https://escard.ru/?ref=code and a dashboard with statistics. The dashboard opens from the link in the email, with no password.
- A buyer who follows the link gets 5% off a card. The link is remembered in the buyer's browser for 60 days; if they follow another Partner's link, the last one counts.
- The Partner earns the amount the buyer actually paid (after the discount), less the payment processing fee (3,8%) and $22 for US dollar payments (1 500 ₽ for rouble payments), rounded down to the cent (rouble). At current prices that is 318 ₽ per card.
- Purchases through your own link (to your own email) give no discount and no reward.
2. Earnings
- A reward becomes available 14 days after the card is sent to the buyer, once the refund window has passed.
- If the buyer is refunded, the reward for that order is cancelled; if it was already paid, the Organiser may deduct it from future payouts.
- The Organiser may cancel rewards and block a Partner for fake traffic, spam, bidding on the service's brand in search ads, misleading buyers or other unfair methods.
3. Payouts
- Request a payout in the dashboard once at least 1 000 ₽ (or $20 for US dollar payments) is available.
- Payouts are made only to Partners who are self-employed or registered as sole proprietors, to the details given in the request, usually within 5 business days. The Partner sends a receipt after the payout and is responsible for their own taxes.
- Requests with wrong details are rejected; the amount returns to "available" and the request can be submitted again.
4. Changes and leaving
The Organiser may change the reward, discount and other terms by publishing a new version on this page; rewards for orders already paid are not recalculated. A Partner may leave the Programme by emailing shop.vshkole@gmail.com; available rewards are paid out as usual.
5. Personal data
By applying, you agree that the Organiser processes your email address and, when you request a payout, your full name, taxpayer ID, tax status and payment details, to run the Programme and pay rewards. The data is kept while you take part in the Programme, and payout records for as long as accounting and tax law requires. You can withdraw consent by emailing shop.vshkole@gmail.com.
